The character Palvan from Mister Stink On Junk Alley (does anybody else remember when Funimation released that anime in 2007 on DVD) Personally i find Ryuji Masuda's anime very interesting for the historical aspect as they were some of the first (if not the first) full CGI anime to air on Japanese TV & i unironically would buy a set if each show from Discotek as they are genuinely some of my guilty pleasure anime because i love early full CGI TV shows because of the Jankiness that comes with the show having to deal with the limitations of the PC at the time |

I don't know Migi in Parasyte changes shape all the time, so definitely not the worst. How about that spider abomination in Wicked City or Tetsuo in Akira ( when he really starts in on those mutations. Body horror at it's finest.).
